MentorMate, part of Tieto Tech Consulting is looking for a Senior Manual QA who wants to join a project within a Telecom Team for our respectful client BICS. Successful candidates should correspond to the following set of required competencies/skills

Strong analytical skills Ability to validate functional requirements and clearly prioritize key goals over secondary/nice-to-have features Strong knowledge of testing theory Good SQL knowledge Experience with API testing Experience in estimation of testing activities Good experience and understanding of agile principles (Scrum)

Will Be An Advantage

Knowledge of Jira, Zephyr for Jira Hands on experience in end-to-end testing coordination Test automation experience (knowledge of Java core) Experience with Linux Ability to manage maintenance of the test ware

Personal Skills

Pro-active communication in case of questions, issues, improvement proposals etc., is crucial We expect the IT Test Engineers to be team players in an international team, being able to effectively communicate in different ways Highly proficient in both spoken and written English Strong Time management skills and eager to easily switch context/be flexible
