Job Description
As a QA Engineer you'll play a crucial role in this process, working alongside development teams to identify and resolve issues before software is released to end-users.
Full-time permanent employment in Latvia
Create test plans and test cases for information systems Perform testing of in-house built systems and off-the-shelf software Participate in the validation and change control processes of in-house built systems and off-the-shelf software Perform the actions necessary to ensure quality control of information systems Report and tracks defects and issues in the ticketing system Follow the internal quality control processes and procedures Plan and coordinates testing activities Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met Follow the development of information technologies quality control and advance professional skills as may be necessary Participate in developing and implementation of testing processes Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents for information systems Review code to ensure quality standards are met Design and develops automation test scripts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities 2 years’ experience in software testing and/or software quality assurance Knowledge of MS SQL Server system Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Familiar with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. Experience with Playwright, Azure DevOps is a plus Full working proficiency in English Experience in IT systems development is a plus Experience in systems validation is a plus
