In this role, you will
Build, improve, and maintain automation frameworks for highly data driven scientific applications Champion quality engineering practices across teams and guide improvements across the SDLC Lead end‑to‑end test strategy across automation, integration, performance, and resilience Identify automation opportunities that remove friction and accelerate scientific workflow validation Test complex pipelines, analytical tools, and multi‑step scientific workflows Ensure quality across multi‑browser, multi‑region web platforms used in labs worldwide Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Dev, and Science teams to shift quality left Mentor engineers and influence a culture of continuous improvement

Strong experience in automation‑focused QA roles Solid engineering skills in JavaScript/TypeScript (React familiarity a plus) Hands‑on experience with Playwright (Cypress/Selenium beneficial) Proven background designing CI/CD‑integrated automation solutions Familiarity with Xray, JIRA, BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin) Experience in high‑complexity environments with demanding security requirements (science, healthcare, med‑tech, R&D, regulated sectors, or similar) A detail‑driven mindset and passion for precision, reliability, and technical excellence
