Role Overview

• Conducting comprehensive software and hardware QA for a complex consumer electronics ecosystem, including mobile applications and firmware.
• Investigating and diagnosing system-level issues with a strong emphasis on the integration between hardware and software.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams, including system installations and problem resolution.
• Analyzing field reports and feedback from real-world users to diagnose issues and ensure end-to-end resolution.
• Authoring high-level documentation, including detailed test plans and technical reports.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in testing consumer electronics (Hardware, Firmware, and Mobile) – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of SW-HW integration and system internals – Mandatory.
• Strong technical diagnostic skills and analytical thinking – Mandatory.
• Experience writing high-level test plans and technical documentation – Mandatory.
• High level of independence, proactiveness, and the ability to self-learn – Mandatory.
• Background in Digital Health or wearable technology – Significant Advantage.
