we are hiring a skilled automation test engineer with strong hands-on experience in playwright using javascript/typescript. the role involves designing scalable automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and driving continuous improvement in qa processes.
key responsibilities automation development
design and maintain end-to-end automation scripts using playwright (js/ts). build scalable automation frameworks for web and api testing. develop reusable, maintainable, and modular automation components.
test planning & execution
analyze requirements and convert them into automation test cases. integrate automated suites into ci/cd pipelines (github actions, jenkins, azure devops, etc.). execute automated suites, analyze failures, and provide quick feedback to developers.
quality assurance
perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing through automation. work with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues. ensure optimal test coverage for new features and enhancements.
documentation & reporting
maintain clear documentation of test scripts, frameworks, and processes. provide structured reports on test execution, defects, and automation coverage.
