  • Design and execute test scenarios for API, UI, scheduled jobs, and database components to ensure integrity and reliability.

Must-have skills

  • 8+ years QA/testing experience with progressive responsibilities; strong QA practices across SDLC.

  • 2–4+ years of JIRA or equivalent test-case management experience.

  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Understanding of CI/CD, testing frameworks, and overall software development processes.

Role: Security Tester

Location: Southlake TX 76092 (100% Onsite) - Try for candidates in and around Dallas area.

Job Description

  • QA engineering and testing experience with progressive testing responsibilities including but not limited to designing and executing API, UI, Scheduled Jobs, and DB test scenarios/cases.

  • 8+ years of experience in developing test automation scripts, particularly web-enabled applications

  • 3-5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.

  • 2-4+ years of experience with JIRA to support test case execution or other case management tools.

  • Advanced expertise in quality assurance testing activities for the designated business area to develop effective testing practices to confirm integrity and reliability of business operations.

  • Experience supporting Cyber Security tools/applications, including but not limited to Identity and Access Management (LAM) Technology Platforms such as Zscaler, SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ), PING ID, and/or HYPR or related in Cyber Security.

  • Able to effectively communicate essential information across multiple departments and groups including technical and non- technical audiences.

  • Experience and understanding of overall software development processes including business analysis, development, testing,

  • maintenance, and improvement of software.

  • Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Testing Frameworks.

  • Performance testing experience is a plus; 3 + experience with performance testing using JMeter or related technologies is desirable as well
