Design, build, and maintain SaaS integrations and automation workflows
Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize data flows, workflow logic, and platform behavior
Define integration logic and data transformation rules; ensure monitoring, security, and operational procedures

Experience with SaaS/cloud-based systems

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain SaaS integrations and automation workflows Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions Define integration logic, data flows, and transformation rules between systems Implement monitoring, error handling, retries, alerts, and logging for production integrations Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to workflow logic, data flow, and platform behavior Optimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability Work across multiple iPaaS platforms and adapt quickly to new tools and frameworks Collaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and manage change requests Document integration workflows, configurations, and operational procedures Ensure integrations follow security, access control, and data handling best practices Take ownership of assigned integrations and ensure ongoing stability and support Continuously learn and adopt new automation, integration, and AI-related tools Willing to work in shift (PST - rotation)
