Own, develop, validate, and maintain PCB test processes and test programs/fixtures
Define test requirements with Engineering/Design and deliver test systems to the shop floor
Support shop floor with test failures, root cause analysis, repair of test equipment, and technician training
Must-have skills
Experience writing and supporting test programs; troubleshooting test failures and structured root cause analysis
Knowledge of IPC standards (A-610, 620, J-STD-001) within aerospace quality
Strong stakeholder engagement with Design, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain
Nice-to-haves
UK engineering qualification (HNC/HND or BEng Hons) in Electrical/Electronic/Manufacturing Engineering
Formal IPC certifications (IPC-A-610, IPC-620, J-STD-001)
