Role & Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Analyst to oversee our quality assurance processes and lead a team of QA engineers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software products across multiple applications and platforms.

Design, develop, and enhance automation frameworks for scalable testing solutions Create and maintain automated test scripts and test suites for multiple applications Execute various testing types including functional, regression, integration, API, and database testing Develop and maintain test plans outlining scope, approach, resources, and schedule of testing activities Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance on technical and professional development Analyse business requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and test scripts Monitor automation test execution, analyse results, and report defects with appropriate severity levels

Required Qualifications

Experience 8-12 years of overall QA experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java/Python and Selenium WebDriver 5+ years of experience writing automated test scripts using frameworks such as Robot Framework, Selenium with Java/Python, and BDD approaches Proven experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Mandatory Skill Set

Excellent coding skills in Python, Java + Selenium AWS testing experience and cloud-based application testing API testing expertise using tools like Postman, REST Assured Advanced Selenium WebDriver expertise for web application testing Strong SQL skills for database testing and validation Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr) Experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab) Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices

Desired Skill Set

DevOps knowledge including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), configuration management (Ansible), and artifact management (Nexus) Data validation and ETL testing experience Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
