The Opportunity Permanent position based in Jakarta Support testing and environment coordination across core Enterprise Applications Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and environment leads Beca is expanding our technology capability, and we’re looking for a Test Analyst to support testing and environment coordination across our core Enterprise Applications. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and environment leads to ensure our systems are stable, secure, and delivering real value to the business. This is a hands‑on role where you will execute manual and automated testing, support development environments, contribute to system enhancements, and play a key role in major enterprise application rollouts. What You’ll Be Doing Execute manual & automated testing (API, integration, module, functional, data quality, security) Draft test scripts, develop use cases, document test results & present findings Maintain test & development environments in collaboration with environment leads Support bug fixes, system enhancements & release activities Contribute to implementation projects including Workday & Datapay Test new releases for platforms such as Oracle Fusion, reviewing business value & integration impacts Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and ensure compliance with standards & audit requirements Collaborate with a core test team and leverage specialists across the business About You You’re an experienced Test Analyst with 5–8 years in testing and environment coordination for enterprise applications. You bring attention to detail, a problem‑solving mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.
