Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality is embedded in every phase of development. By applying your business and functional knowledge, you will drive the implementation of quality processes and methodologies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence in testing practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
