As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, industrializing, and continuously improving test systems across our product platforms. This is not a support role—it is designed for proactive engineers who take ownership, lead technical solutions, and help drive test strategy from concept through production. You will directly influence test capability and product quality across the full lifecycle while contributing to both current programs and future product generations. Key Responsibilities Support the development, optimization, and automation of test systems for new and existing products Develop and maintain Python scripts and basic automation tools Contribute to defining test concepts, coverage targets, and validation methods Improve existing test setups through redesign, simplification, and failure-reduction initiatives Document test environments and ensure long-term maintainability Analyze test processes and equipment to identify improvement opportunities Help introduce scalable workflows for new product releases Contribute to KPI tracking (yield, test time, uptime, quality metrics) Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Hardware, Firmware, Production, and Quality teams Participate in technical discussions during early development phases Support knowledge sharing through strong documentation and teamwork Key Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Test Engineering, or similar Open to junior/recent graduates and experienced candidates with test systems or hardware validation experience Hands-on Python programming skills (required) Basic knowledge of electrical measurements, lab equipment, and test automation Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python libraries, SQL, Jupyter) Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills Ability to work independently and drive tasks forward Solid documentation habits and results-driven approach
