He/She defines the product system test strategy based on Customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysis (PCA, PHA, DFMEA, Newness analysis). He/She analyzes system and functional requirements and defines test strategy allocation. He/she defines functional test plan. And support test bench, scripts specification, tools development required. Regarding requirements assigned to functional validation scope, he/she executes test cases script on the test bench with DUT. He/She extends test coverage with some robustness tests and end user test cases. He/She performs tests, and reports test case results. He/She secures that functional validation conditions & planning feasibility are within project commitments : .Validation data (technical and system requirements, technical inputs for testing…) to be supplied by the product architect and metier design leaders . Labs means availability (tests equipment, mission profiles, skills, suppliers) . State with Validation Leader that test prerequisites checklist deliverables are ok regarding part level and functional features maturity required until SSSR. Nota1 : prototypes, samples and pre-series parts procurements & audit check + purchase admin are not managed by labs. Nota 2: Functional test benches setup are developed by Test Bench Engineer. He/she secures reports archiving in PLM. He/She reports issues at the first level of analysis and progress through SyVSR dashboard (KPIs). He/She reports project functional validation risks assessment to the Validation leader He/She contributes to Functional DR Validation metier checklist review He/She documents and updates IVV Plan & Report Rights related to the employment relationship, which were defined, e.g. in: The Labor Code, Work Regulations of VLS Chrzanów, Remuneration Regulations of VLS Chrzanów, Regulations of the Company Social Benefits Fund. Knowledge and application of EMS policies, procedures and documentation Management of waste materials according to the principles set out in the Environmental Management Systems documentation. Ensuring the efficient use of equipment, materials, time, energy and other resources to optimize costs Education/Training Engineering Degree Professional Experience Education: Master in engineering (System engineering, general technical engineering knowledge: embedded electronics, software, optical system, mechanics. Experience: >=3 years on testing of embedded product (functional and environmental) Qualification: First development experience in product/system integration/testing/validation knowledge: Diag On Can /UDS /Requirements management/Test cases script editing Confident with tools Doors - VtestStudio - Teststand - LabWindows/CVI.. Confident with CAN / LIN network and associated tools (CANoe, CANdela..)
