Role & seniority: Quality Engineer (mid-level) at Nitto Belgium; reports to QES Manager.
Stack/tools: Quality systems and tools; data management in PLM and SAP; auditing processes.
Check quality of new/modified products and coordinate with other departments and customers.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and tools; identify quality issues through end-to-end analysis.
Ensure accurate data management (PLM, SAP) and perform audits of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Master’s degree (chemical or technical preferred) or equivalent experience
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
Effective communication with international suppliers/colleagues
Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages a plus
Openness to optimization opportunities
Experience in manufacturing/quality assurance environments
Additional language skills
Exposure to EU travel for supplier/customer audits
