This person will lead and coordinate quality support across our project portfolios. This pivotal role is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising construction quality assurance programs that align with contract documents and our company’s rigorous safety and performance standards. You will be the guardian of our strategy and vision, ensuring every project reflects the elite protection and reliability our clients expect from the Praetorian name. Key Role Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Create and manage Project-Specific Quality Plans; assign accountability and ensure live updates as projects evolve. Risk Mitigation: Develop and oversee Water Intrusion Plans and Major Quality Issue logs to preemptively address project vulnerabilities. Operational Oversight: Lead Quality Support for your assigned group, interpreting owner and government requirements to ensure field and office staff remain in full compliance.
