Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role Specification and development of automated test programs for highly complex analog and mixed-signal circuits in deep-sub-µ CMOS technologies for automotive products Test program implementation for AD/DA converters, switched-mode power supply, clock generation and more. Definition of test cases and test concepts, in a very close collaboration with concept and design engineers Driver for test development, improvement and innovation Able to identify and implement new test methodologies and improve existing ones Cost driven test development approach Understand and contribute to develop DfX concepts Knowledge of test system requirements for present and future products as a plus You will include Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) into your daily work
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent 2+ years attestable work experience in the semiconductor testing You have a very solid experience in semiconductor test development and a good knowledge of analog circuits You have a very solid background in IC measurement both in the lab and on main ATE platforms (preferred: v93k) You are able to define measurement concepts both for product characterization and qualification/production test on ATE Software skills like C/C++ AI/ML knowledge is a plus Good in communication skills
