Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Dévaványa, with an option for occasional work from home. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality control processes, ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and improve quality systems. Other responsibilities include leading quality audits, collaborating with production teams to identify and mitigate issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
Expertise in Quality Assurance processes, Quality Control, and Quality Management Systems Strong knowledge of industry regulatory standards and compliance requirements Proven experience in leading audits and implementing process improvements Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and develop practical solutions Experience working in manufacturing, preferably in the electromotor industry Proficiency in relevant tools and software for quality assurance and management Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is required; certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus
