Role & seniority: Senior QA / Tester
Stack/tools: Manual testing (Web); API, Batch, Performance testing; databases and querying; test planning, test reporting; training/reviewing testers; Japanese language ability advantageous
Create, review, and execute test plans and test viewpoints for project releases
Analyze bug trends and coordinate with PM to ensure quality; generate test reports
Review, transfer, and train testers; support testing of IT/ST activities; ensure effective test coverage on large/complex systems
~5 years of testing experience; able to work under high pressure
Experience with large, complex systems; testing API, batch, and performance
Strong knowledge of databases, querying, and data import
Ability to learn and analyze business systems; high IT/ST productivity
Japanese communication (advantage)
Experience mentoring testers; familiarity with cloud/AWS; PMF, PMP certifications
Training or coaching capability; willingness to participate in company learning programs

Requirements
University Graduates with a major in IT
Smart, agile with good IT base
5 years of experience as a tester
Able to work under high pressure
Experience in working with large and complex systems
Ability to learn and analyze business systems of the system.
High productivity of IT and ST
Have experience in testing API, Batch, Performance
Have experience in reviewing, transferring & training testers
Have knowledge of databases, querying skills, and importing data into the database
To be able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
