Role & seniority: Automation Test Engineer (Senior/Experienced, 8–10 years QA, 6+ years automation)
Stack/tools: Selenium, Playwright; Java (5+ yrs); SQL (2+ yrs); CI/CD (1–2 yrs); Litmus (1–2 yrs); Jira; Micro Focus Octane; Agile methodologies
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
Create and execute automated test plans, analyze results, and report defects; drive quality across releases
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure test coverage and continuous improvement
Functional and system testing; Selenium-Java
6+ years hands-on automation experience; 5+ years Java
SQL and relational databases; experience with CI/CD
Experience with Agile; Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management
Playwright experience; Banking/Finance domain knowledge

Role Description
Job Title: Automation Test Engineer
Location: Plano TX
Work Model: Hybrid Mandatory Onsite 3 days per week
Total Experience: 8-10 years in software testing and quality engineering
Proven expertise in automation testing not limited to recent exposure should have a strong foundation and consistent experience beyond manual testing
Test Automation Expertise Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium Playwright
Programming Skills Strong proficiency in Java with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Litmus 1 Or 2 Years Of Experience Required
CICD Experience 1 or 2 Years Minimum
Playwright Experience is a plus
Database Skills Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases with at least 2 years of experience
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
Familiarity with Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Banking Finance domain knowledge and experience will be considered a strong advantage
