About the Role We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with strong automation experience to join a leading technology team delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of quality, and is passionate about automation-driven testing. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks across backend and frontend systems, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable software delivery.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for both API and UI layers. Develop and execute backend automation tests in Java, leveraging frameworks such as Rest Assured. Build frontend automation suites using JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify gaps in test coverage and drive shift-left testing practices. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery. Produce clear, detailed documentation of test strategies, cases, and results. Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement initiatives by promoting automation best practices and quality standards.
Must-Have Skills Minimum 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering. Proven hands-on experience with automation testing (manual-only experience will not be considered). Strong proficiency in Java for backend testing. Experience with Rest Assured for API testing (strong advantage). Experience in frontend automation using JavaScript/TypeScript. Familiarity with the Playwright framework (highly desirable). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation capabilities. Adaptability to evolving technologies and project requirements.
