Design, maintain, and optimise enterprise-grade storage environments supporting critical systems
Administer storage infrastructure (LUN provisioning, zoning, replication, tiering); capacity planning and performance optimization
Develop/maintain automation for provisioning, monitoring, and reporting; participate in IaC and DevOps initiatives; improve operational efficiency
Hands-on SAN/NAS experience; robust knowledge of VMware, backup systems, Linux/AIX, and Windows

What you’ll deliver with us As our Storage & Automation Engineer you’ll be responsible for the management of Storage infrastructure, ensuring performance, resilience, and data protection. The role also requires solid working knowledge of VMware, Linux/AIX, and backup technologies (Avamar and Networker), along with exposure to automation frameworks such as Ansible or Puppet to drive operational efficiency. You’ll also Be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimising enterprise-grade storage environments that support critical business systems. Administer and maintain Storage environment (NetApp, Dell EMC, PowerMax, HPE) Perform LUN provisioning, zoning, replication, and storage tiering. Conduct capacity planning, usage forecasting, and performance optimization. Ensure data integrity, availability, and compliance with corporate standards. Develop or maintain automation using Ansible, Puppet, or Python/Bash scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and reporting. Participate in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps initiatives. Improve operational efficiency through automation of repetitive storage and backup tasks. About you The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SAN/NAS technologies, combined with solid working knowledge of VMware, backup systems, and Linux/AIX, Windows environments.
