Job Description
Defining and implementing QA processes and best practices; Creating test plans and test cases; Introducing new tools or frameworks to enhance QA workflows; Defining testing methodologies (manual, automated, performance, security, regression, etc.); Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects in bug tracking tools; Analysing root causes and recommending solutions; Verifying fixes and closing resolved defects; Reporting testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders; Execute Functional and Non-Functional tests and data validation; Detect and report the issues; Draft test reports; Produce the relevant quality documentation; Register and keep updated incident or improvement tickets and track the resolution.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the technologies and techniques related to the position from which minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality activities; Able to participate in multilingual meetings, a good communicator; Capable of integrating into an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working are mandatory; Capable of applying formal quality standards in the IT environment. Quality of IT projects; University degree duly recognised as equivalent as per the Bologna process; Good level of English (independent user — level B2 according to the Europass Language Passport).
