Role & seniority: Analytics QA Engineer (experienced; minimum 2 years in QA roles)
Stack/tools: SQL; Agile/Waterfall; JIRA (preferred); ISTQB (preferred); familiarity with Java or Python (preferred)
Define, implement, and oversee test strategies aligned with project objectives
Create and execute detailed test cases (manual and/or automated); analyze test outcomes and defects
Prepare quality status reports; participate in project discussions and reviews
2+ years QA/testing experience; strong QA methodologies
Proficiency in SQL; English fluency
Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments; ability to interpret requirements
ISTQB certification; experience with JIRA
Familiarity with Java or Python

Our client is seeking an experienced Analytics Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen the quality and reliability of analytics initiatives. This position is ideal for a professional who is confident working independently, capable of interpreting requirements, and skilled in developing comprehensive test cases.
The selected candidate will join an expanding team dedicated to ensuring that analytics solutions are delivered in accordance with high-quality standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Define, implement, and oversee test strategies aligned with project objectives Create and execute detailed test cases (manual and/or automated) Prepare and present quality status reports to stakeholders Analyze test outcomes, including reviewing logs, examining code, and executing SQL queries Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the project lifecycle Actively contribute to project discussions, workshops, and review meetings
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance (testing, engineering, or management roles) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline Solid understanding of QA methodologies and best practices Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments Proficiency in SQL Strong command of English
Preferred Qualifications
ISTQB certification Experience working with JIRA Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Python
