Role & seniority: Senior Test Analyst reporting to Test Lead
Stack/tools: Jira (story management, test estimation, defect tracking), Qmetry, Postman, BrowserStack, cloud platforms; cross‑browser/device testing; API testing
Own quality within product squads and influence testing approach
Scope and estimate testing effort, including Jira ticket estimation
Create high‑quality test artefacts (scripts, results, plans, closure reports) and collaborate with engineers; coach/mentor colleagues; support front‑end testing for business users
Solid understanding of testing best practices
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Proficiency with Jira for story management, estimation, and defect tracking
Exposure to Qmetry or similar test execution/traceability tools
Experience with BrowserStack or similar cross‑browser testing platforms
Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools
ISTQB/ISEB Foundation certification (ideally)

What you'll do.
Reporting to our Test Lead, you'll step into the role of Senior Test Analyst and take full ownership of quality within our product squads. You'll help shape the way we approach testing and see the impact of your work land directly with customers.
You'll have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, with real responsibility from day one, supported training, and clear career progression. You'll also work with modern tools like Jira, Qmetry, Postman, BrowserStack, and cloud platforms, all within a collaborative, values‑driven culture.

Take ownership of scoping and estimating testing effort, including Jira ticket estimation Create high‑quality test artefacts — test scripts, results, plans, and closure reports Work closely with software engineers, pairing when helpful to test alongside development Coach and mentor colleagues, and support business users during front‑end testing
What you'll bring.
You'll have a strong understanding of testing best practices and good knowledge of project methodologies from working in both Agile and Waterfall environments. You'll feel confident using Jira for story management, test estimation, and defect tracking. Ideally, you'll also hold an ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate in software testing.
You'll thrive here if you're adaptable, enjoy problem‑solving, and can handle changing priorities with ease.
