Job description: A Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly. The Senior QA Engineer will also provide guidance and mentorship to QA Engineers and Jr QA Engineers

Responsabilities: • Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. • Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. • Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. • Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards. • Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments. • Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. • Monitor bug resolution eorts and track successes. • Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks. • Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality. • Create or maintain databases of known test defects. • Install, maintain, or use software testing programs. • Install and configure recreations of software production environments to allow testing of software performance. • Monitor program performance to ensure eicient and problem-free operations. • Collaborate with other Teams, BA or PO to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions

Skills - Hard and soft skills: Minimum Qualifications • Hands-on experience with Microsoft testing tools • Hands-on experience in testing in Microsoft-centric solutions and development processes including: .NET framework, C#, SQL Server • Visual Studio, Test Manager • Agile/Kanban Development Methodologies • Azure DevOps experience Additional Preferred Qualifications • BS or BA degree preferred. • 4-5 years of relevant QA technical experience using automation tools. • 4-5 years large enterprise or e-business systems experience. • Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases. • Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications. • Liaison with development, business analyst, and customer support personnel • Clear communicator (wrien and verbal) to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases. To communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders Creative solving of technical problems to ensure the ability translate technical requirements test plans. • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables ensures the ability to find the bad defects and bugs quickly. • Ability to think abstract to ensure ability to not conform to the norm. Norms do not find bugs quickly. • Experience with Automation tools and methods • Experience with performance and security testing • Eagar to learn and grow
