Summary We are seeking a UI Testing Intern to support quality assurance efforts for an internal software product. This role provides hands-on experience in manual and automated UI testing, test documentation, and collaboration within Agile development environments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Execute manual UI test cases to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across internal software applications. Create, update, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test documentation using tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent tracking systems. Identify, document, and track UI defects with clear steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and supporting screenshots or videos. Perform UI regression testing to ensure existing functionality continues to work as expected with each new release. Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and designers to gain an understanding of requirements and ensure implemented functionality aligns with expectations. Assist in the development and maintenance of automated regression tests using supported automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar), under guidance from the QA team. Identify candidates for automation by analyzing repetitive manual test and helping convert them into automated test cases. Partner with internal product users to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring a positive user experience and timely resolution of defects. Qualifications Junior/Senior-level undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 required. Technical Skills

Basic Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills required with a basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles.

- Work Environment
- The position is a year-round hybrid/remote-based internship out of our Milwaukee, WI office. Office presence at the Milwaukee, WI office is required 2 times per week. Preference given to candidates who are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (M-F between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM) during the school year and full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) during winter/summer breaks.
