Perform hands-on penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across networks, systems, and applications
Identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities; develop clear, actionable remediation recommendations
Produce security reports for clients and collaborate with teams to strengthen secure design and controls
Must-have skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Penetration Tester
Hands-on pentesting, vulnerability research, and attack techniques
Strong understanding of networks, operating systems, web technologies, and secure design principles
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Nice-to-haves
Relevant security certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH)
Experience with nearshore/ consulting projects
Scripting or automation skills; familiarity with security assessment tools
Ability to produce clear security deliverables and participate in client-facing conversations
