The role requires expertise in supplier coordination, end-to-end defect management, issue triaging, and cross-functional collaboration with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
The candidate should be capable of leading test activities at the customer location, supporting on-site validation, managing test strategy, execution, reporting, and driving quality closure across multiple stakeholders. Willingness to work from the customer location and engage directly with customer teams is essential.
