Role & seniority: Senior Automation Test Engineer / SDET (hands-on, acts as Dev in Test / Automation Lead)
Stack/tools: .NET, C#, API testing, .NET microservices, SpecFlow or similar BDD tooling, Swagger/API schema testing, Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), framework design/re-architecture
Design, improve, and scale automation frameworks; own test strategy across backend, API, and web
Partner with developers, product, and DevOps; drive shift-left testing and quality culture
Lead CI/CD practices, coverage, reliability, and maintainability; influence engineering quality standards
Senior-level automation experience (SDET/Dev in Test/Automation Manager)
Strong C# automation capability; ability to build/re-architect frameworks from scratch
Experience testing .NET microservices and distributed systems; API automation expertise
Hands-on with Git, SpecFlow or equivalent BDD tooling, Swagger/API testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Proactive problem-solving and effective cross-team communication
Experience leading frameworks and improving engineering quality standards across teams
Prior roles as Dev in Test or Automation Lead; strong influence on quality practices
Hybrid work model: 2 days on-site per week
