The Role
We’re looking for a Systems Integration & Test Engineer II to bring mission-critical systems to life. You’ll lead the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced defense systems, shaping solutions that protect millions and define the future of missile defense. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to see your work move from lab to deployment.
What You’ll Do
Lead assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities to deliver systems ready for action. Develop, refine, and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation with precision and clarity. Coordinate day-to-day test operations across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners. Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during integration cycles. Earn certification and operate as a Certified Test Conductor/Test Engineer (training provided). Uphold Lockheed Martin’s gold standard for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
