The Role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help ensure our websites meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. In this role, you will focus on maintaining site quality, optimizing loading speed, and ensuring seamless performance for our B2B partnerships. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to drive continuous improvements and help with complex configurations. Supporting the preparation of total rewards related materials (reporting, disclosure, etc.) for senior leaders. Maintaining a pulse on industry, market and legal intelligence for total rewards trends. Establish and manage global mobility policies and practices, working with internal and external tax, and or mobility experts. Responsibilities Conduct testing to ensure website performance, functionality, and overall quality. Monitor and optimize site loading speed to enhance user experience. Work closely with our B2B partners to ensure their needs are met and their platforms perform as expected. Identify and document bugs, performance issues, and areas for improvement on a daily basis. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement best practices. Maintain test plans, cases, and reports to track quality metrics. Support continuous integration and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases. Create dashboards and analyse data on a regular basis. Help and support other teams in the organisation with different site related tasks. Adding both easy and complex configurations inside all of our systems, so that it matches what the organisation wants. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, website testing, or a related field. Understanding of web performance optimization and best practices. Experience with debugging tools, test automation, or manual testing. Strong communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent releases. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
