Senior Test Manager – Lead Automation & Quality Engineering Are you motivated by shaping how modern digital solutions are tested, validated, and delivered? Key Responsibilities As Senior Test Manager, you take responsibility for quality across the full lifecycle of the applications you support. You will be part of a dedicated QA team of five Test Managers, working closely with DevOps, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers to ensure shared goals, clarity, and effective delivery. A core focus of your role will be to build and maintain automation frameworks (primarily in C# with Playwright), manage testing activities within the projects, and mentor testing resources to develop reliable automated regression suites that strengthen our release cycles. You will help embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring earlier defect detection and greater release-confidence. Alongside automation, you will analyse requirements and user stories, translate them into comprehensive test cases, and ensure end-to-end scenarios are covered. You will identify defects with precision, document them clearly, and collaborate with developers to secure timely resolution.
