Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior-Level Project Manager with experience in Quality Assurance testing. This role supports software development lifecycle projects, with a particular emphasis on test planning, creating test cases, execution, and defect tracking. You will work closely with users, QA testing teams, and developers, to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth project implementation. Job Description Core Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans and create detailed test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Document testing procedures, results, and post-production issues. Track and report defects, coordinate resolution efforts, and validate fixes. Help monitor testing metrics and contribute to risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements. Support the creation of SOPs, job aids, and training materials. Assist in managing projects from initiation through closeout, focusing on QA and testing milestones. Participate in project meetings and provide QA-related updates to stakeholders. Qualifications: Experience in Quality Assurance, including manual and automated testing. Experience or interest in creating and executing test cases. Familiarity with testing tools and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, ALM Octane). Foundational understanding of project management and software development lifecycle. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
