Key Responsibilities
Facilitate first article, in-process, and final inspection(s) of machined parts according to AS9100/AS9102 standards.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections on machined parts in a tight tolerance environment
Perform tasks that will aide the processes established to assure compliance and conformance to the company’s Quality Management System and customer requirements.
Complete tasks and objectives in a timely manner while utilizing various databases used for various purposes.
Communicate clearly and concisely to various personnel including senior management.
Work with ERP systems, excel or other data platforms to ensure accurate, readily available data for product and order dispositions.
Understands how to read design drawings for size and geometric tolerance with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge and ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Quality Assurance Workflows, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
Ability to apply metric and conversion mathematical concepts. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
