Quality Assurance Associate Analyst, eCommerce, – QA Associate Analyst, Feature Based

About the Role

• The QA Associate Analyst for eCommerce Experiences role partners closely with Engineering, Product, and Experience teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric digital experiences. This role blends quality ownership, test automation, and hands-on front-end development, enabling teams to build and ship features with confidence.
• As a member of a cross-functional Agile squad, this role contributes across the full feature lifecycle—from design and development through testing, release, and post-production support—while continuously improving quality, reliability, and performance of our digital platforms.

What Will You Do?

Quality Engineering & Testing

• Own feature-level quality for assigned initiatives across web and platform experiences.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases covering functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests using modern frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, Jasmine, and React Testing Library.
• Partner with engineers to embed quality practices into CI/CD pipelines, supporting continuous integration and continuous testing.
• Review production defects and contribute to automation strategies that help prevent recurrence.
• Leverage monitoring, observability, and analytics tools to assess issue impact and support prioritization.

API & Integration Validation

• Validate integrations with REST and GraphQL APIs, including schema validation and contract testing.
