About The Job
The Mobile Technology team designs, builds, and supports client-facing native mobile applications. You'll work closely with product and engineering partners to deliver high-quality mobile experiences at scale, while helping evolve modern testing practices and tooling across the organization.
In this role, you'll contribute to one or more product areas, pairing strong mobile test automation skills with product understanding to create reliable, customer-centered solutions. You'll also help foster a culture of safe idea-sharing, continuous improvement, and adoption of new technologies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated functional test solutions for native mobile apps using Appium with Java Build and enhance mobile test automation frameworks; ensure tests run consistently and reliably in CI environments Monitor automation execution, analyze failures, and report defects with clear reproduction steps and actionable findings Partner with engineering, product, and QA leadership to research, pilot, implement, and enable modern QA practices (including test-driven approaches and automation standards) Collaborate across distributed teams and external partners (onshore/offshore) to define environment needs, evaluate tools, and establish automation best practices Promote an end-to-end testing strategy spanning multiple applications and integration points Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align release plans, testing schedules, and quality metrics reporting Contribute to roadmap decisions for QA tooling and test technology, supporting future scalability
Minimum Qualifications
years of experience in mobile application development (iOS and/or Android)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with iOS and Android UI automation frameworks (e.g., XCUITest/XCUI and/or Espresso) Exposure to Kotlin and/or Swift Experience in regulated or high-reliability domains (financial/trading services experience is a plus)
