We are looking for a diligent Software Tester / QA Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of our university and hospital information systems, including HIS, LMS, and other critical applications. The candidate will be responsible for testing, quality assurance, and supporting smooth deployment of software updates and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute manual and automated test cases based on system requirements. Identify, document, and track software bugs through issue-tracking tools. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing to validate software behavior. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to reproduce and resolve issues promptly. Validate data integrity across HIS and other interconnected systems. Prepare test reports and participate in release review meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent. Sound knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
