Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Bachelor’s Engineering degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience with full development life cycle per aerospace standards RTCA/DO-178 10 plus years of experience in Aerospace domain 5 plus years of software development working experience is mandatory Proficiency in C programming for embedded applications Prepare Software Development Life Cycle Data detailing requirements, design descriptions, test requirements, and traceability Experience in Systems Integration and Test is a plus Experience in design tools like PTC Integrity/Microsoft Visio. Experience in embedded System/software testing is mandatory Review product specifications to ensure clarity, completeness and conformity to standards and procedures. Prepare Verification and Validation (V&V) planning and standard documentation required for certification. Experience in scripting or coding to implement test cases into automation test scripts is mandatory Experience in Fuel Measurement systems or relevant aerospace systems Execution of test scripts on test environment and debugging Defect tracking and PR process Experience in data transfer protocols such as A429, CAN, etc Experience in Tools such as DOORS, SVN or MKS, GreenHills development environment Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio programming is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team Acts as customer liaison in technical lead capacity, attending/presenting at customer technical reviews and certification process reviews. Interact with the customer to understand the requirements and propose and implement Participating in business requirement discussions and providing key technical inputs Leading the technical deliverables Directly handling technical queries from end customer Coordinate with Program Managers on required resources and development.
General Managerial Skill
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with onsite and offshore teams.
Base Salary Range: $120,000 to $145,000 Per Annum
