Role & seniority: Software Test Engineer (mid–senior) focusing on hands-on manual testing with opportunities to influence automation and QA processes.
Stack/tools: Cypress, Selenium or similar test automation frameworks; Jira; Git; experience building/maintaining test automation frameworks; agile QA practices.
Champion QA and lead adoption of QA best practices across product and engineering.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer to join our growing Engineering team! If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for ensuring quality through hands-on, manual testing, this role could be a perfect fit. You will play a key role in embedding quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.
While manual testing remains central to the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence automation initiatives, refine QA processes, and mentor others on best practices. Your primary responsibility will be identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and ensuring a high-quality product experience for our customers.

Champion quality assurance and lead the adoption of best practices across the product and engineering teams Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to define effective test strategies and acceptance criteria Plan, design, and execute detailed manual and automated test cases to ensure full coverage of features and user scenarios Build, maintain, and help drive the direction of the test automation framework Mentor test engineers on automation best practices Identify, document, and track defects with clear and actionable reporting Verify fixes, maintain comprehensive regression test suites, and drive continuous improvement of QA processes Conduct exploratory, usability, and edge-case testing to uncover hidden issues Produce detailed test reports and effectively communicate findings and risks to stakeholders Help define, maintain, and improve test environments to mirror production conditions Continuously evaluate and enhance QA workflows, tooling, and team efficiency
