Performance Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive performance test plan covering UAT, Load, Stress, and Endurance testing for the migrated .NET Core microservices.
Infrastructure Analysis: Validate the auto-scaling capabilities of GKE and the performance impact of Apigee API management and Akamai CDN routing. Database Benchmarking for Google Cloud Spanner, ensuring the transition from SQL Server does not introduce latency.
Observability: Utilize GCP Cloud Monitoring and logging to identify bottlenecks in the application code, Redis cache layers, and network hops.
SRE Collaboration: Partner with SRE teams to define SLIs/SLOs and provide performance sign-off for the Production cutover and throttling strategy.
Performance Tools: Expertise in JMeter, Gatling, or k6 (distributed testing experience preferred).
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with GCP (GKE, Spanner, Pub/Sub); prior experience with Azure is a significant plus.
