Full Description

We are looking for an AI Penetration Tester for a large, global B2B Software company. In this role, you will be responsible for AI security testing in support of onboarded M&A products and environments, as well as broader AI initiatives across the company. The role combines traditional AppSec and offensive security skills with adversarial testing of LLMs, agentic AI systems, and AI-enabled applications.

This is a 10-month project (Extension Possible), 40 hours per week, remote role in the US.

This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

Perform adversarial security testing of AI and GenAI systems, including

• LLM-powered applications
• Agentic workflows and AI automations
• RAG pipelines, plugins, and tool integrations
• Execute AI-specific attack scenarios such as prompt injection, data leakage, jailbreaks, tool/function abuse, insecure output handling, and authorization bypass.
• Develop and maintain repeatable AI testing methodologies and tooling that can be reused across acquisitions and internal products.
• Validate remediation and perform regression testing on AI-related security findings.
• Act as the GSSC AppSec AI security lead for M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

Partner with the M&A team to

• Scope AI security assessments
• Support third-party AI/pen test engagements
• Review and interpret vendor and internal testing results
• Translate technical findings into clear risk statements and remediation guidance for security leadership and deal stakeholders.
• Track AI security risks through remediation and integration milestones.
• Requirements

AI pen testing, reading, writing, and debugging code Direct experience testing LLM or GenAI applications, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows. Familiarity with AI/LLM security risks (e.g., prompt injection, sensitive data disclosure, model misuse). Experience building automated or repeatable security testing frameworks. Exposure to AI security guidance, such as OWASP GenAI / LLM Top 10 or NIST AI RMF.
