Role Overview The Test Manager will lead and manage end-to-end testing activities, ensuring high-quality delivery across all phases of the program. This role is responsible for defining the testing strategy, coordinating execution across multiple workstreams, and managing Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, structured planning, and experience handling complex testing initiatives within a multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities Define, develop, and maintain the overall test strategy and detailed test plans. Establish testing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements across all testing phases. Lead and oversee system, integration, and UAT testing across multiple parallel workstreams. Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, and business users to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Implement and manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes. Monitor testing progress, manage risks, and ensure timely issue resolution. Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and risk assessments to project and senior leadership. Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities. Plan, facilitate, and support UAT cycles, ensuring business validation and formal sign-off on deliverables.
