Role & seniority: Quality Engineer (mid-level) focusing on quality documentation and supplier-facing QA tasks
Stack/tools: Mechanical Engineering CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar); quality documentation templates (checklists, acceptance reports, test plans/instructions); intranet maintenance; written and spoken English
Prepare quality checklists, acceptance report templates, and related English documentation for Loedige machines
Support Head of Quality Management with supplier-related QA activities: product complaints, acceptance tests, test method/instruction creation, archiving QA documents
Assist with QA training materials, intranet content for quality management, and timely processing of customer inquiries and questionnaires
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
Understanding of manufacturing aspects (raw materials, weld joints, coating)
Proficient written and spoken English
Willingness to travel to suppliers within China
Experience creating QA documents, test methods/instructions/plans
Familiarity with quality management practices and training material development
Experience coordinating with manufacturing suppliers and intranet/content management

Prepare quality checklists and acceptance report templates in English, as well as all related documentation, for Loedige’s machines manufactured at our production companies or external suppliers.
