Role & seniority: Scientific Evaluation & QA/QC Analyst Intern (full-time, 6 months) in hybrid work setup; reporting to Project Manager.

Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related fields (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Pharmacology, etc.).
Analytical mindset for spotting patterns, errors, inconsistencies.

French and English language proficiency.
Interest in rare/metabolic diseases; familiarity with MS-Office; basic R/Python knowledge preferred.
Prior experience with bioinformatics tool development or large-scale molecular data processing.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region. The Scientific Evaluation & QA/QC Analyst Intern will support research and development (R&D) efforts, conduct scientific evaluations to ensure that all data outputs meet stringent biological accuracy standards. Beyond analysis, the role seeks contribution to the architecture of new bioinformatics tools designed for large-scale molecular data processing.
Validate Scientific Integrity: Ensure digital tools (product platforms and software) produce biologically sound results.
Digital QA/QC: Perform rigorous testing on software features from a scientist’s perspective.
Compliance: Maintain documentation for industrial standards and data integrity.
Collaborate: Assist the project manager in acting as the bridge between developers and end-users (scientists and industrial partners).
Qualifications
Education: Master in Science in Life Sciences (or Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Pharmacology, etc.).
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy spotting patterns, errors, and inconsistencies. Comfortable with MS-Office and other digital tools; familiarity with R and Python, is a major plus.
