Evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations for medical accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems
Review ~100 conversations weekly and provide structured written QA feedback to improve communication quality
Identify and flag linguistic or safety concerns; participate in daily end-of-day progress check-ins
Native or near-native Mandarin fluency
Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred)
Strong written feedback skills
High attention to detail
Experience with AI/QA in healthcare
Prior remote or contract QA work
Familiarity with medical terminology in Mandarin

Role Responsibilities
Evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations for medical accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems. Review approximately 100 conversations weekly to ensure quality and effectiveness. Provide structured written QA feedback to improve communication quality. Identify and flag any linguistic or safety concerns for further analysis. Participate in daily end-of-day check-ins to discuss progress and findings.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Native or near-native Mandarin fluency. Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred). Strong written feedback skills. High attention to detail.
