As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, leveraging your expertise to enhance quality processes and methodologies. By applying your business and functional knowledge, you will drive the assessment of testing processes, ensuring effective test execution and defect resolution throughout the application lifecycle.
Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. Monitor and report on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. Strong understanding of various automated testing frameworks and tools. Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
