We are looking for an Automation Engineer with Network Experience to interface with our team and our clients. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will contribute to our mission of optimizing network performance. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

We are looking for a team member with the following skills

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
3+ years of network operations and engineering experience
Expert level experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent
Experience implementing and configuring IPv6 addressing schemes, routing, and security, including in cloud environments
Solid understanding of networking technologies including BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, TAPs, and traffic brokers
Proficiency writing automations with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
Working knowledge of YANG, YAML, and JSON
Familiarity with using REST APIs
Working knowledge of Git
Working knowledge of Docker or Podman
Excellent understanding of technology concepts such as SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, IT operations, operational monitoring, security monitoring, and KPIs
Knowledge of various IT infrastructure technologies (e.g., applications, servers, networks, and storage)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing
