The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer on the Enterprise Systems team is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of business‑critical enterprise platforms. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define quality standards, design comprehensive test strategies, and embed quality across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
Own quality for assigned enterprise systems and contribute to end‑to‑end test strategy across releases. Design, maintain, and execute functional, regression, system, UAT, and exploratory test cases for complex applications. Execute API and integration testing to validate backend services, data flows, and system integrations. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and efficiency through tooling and automation. Log, track, and triage defects, partnering with engineering teams to validate fixes and support release readiness. Act as a quality advocate within ESO and mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and standards.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Software Testing. Strong background in functional, system, and regression testing of enterprise applications. Hands‑on experience with API testing tools such as Postman. Solid experience with Salesforce is a must. Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile delivery models. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience testing enterprise platforms such as CRM, CPQ, ERP, or billing systems. Exposure to test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration. Experience working in cross‑functional, fast‑paced product teams. Formal QA training or certifications (e.g., API Testing Foundations).
