KMS is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance/Tester to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of our Salesforce platform through comprehensive testing strategies and quality assurance practices. This role is responsible for designing and executing test plans, automating test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Salesforce, testing expertise, and a passion for quality assurance with experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities Include
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across Salesforce Validate Salesforce configurations Test Salesforce integrations with third-party systems Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar bug tracking tool Conduct performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize platform performance Validate Salesforce platform upgrades, patches, and release deployments Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot defects Create and maintain test data sets for various testing scenarios Review requirements and technical specifications to ensure testability Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA input during design phase Perform smoke testing and sanity testing after deployment Execute accessibility testing to ensure Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance Validate security configurations and access controls Document test results, metrics, and quality reports for stakeholders Participate in release planning and provide QA estimates Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards Support change management activities related to Salesforce implementation & user adoption
Education And Experience Required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing At least 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience Proven experience with manual and automated testing methodologies Practical experience creating and executing test cases and test plans Experience with defect tracking and test management tools Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Required Skills And Competencies
