Lead high-impact testing for regulatory and technology change, delivering defect-free, on-time releases.
Partner across Technology, Compliance, Product, Operations, QA, and UAT to drive rigorous planning, execution, and governance.
Job Summary
As a Testing Analyst within the QA and UAT team, you translate business requirements into actionable test plans and coordinate stakeholders for effective UAT execution. You lead end-to-end test management—including planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and reporting—while maintaining strong documentation and controls. You proactively communicate status, risks, and dependencies, manage regulatory needs, and drive project management tasks to meet program objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Interpret requirements and align test scope with Technology, Compliance, AD, Product, Operations, and QA. Manage end-to-end testing, covering planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and EOD reporting. Maintain program documentation including objectives, test strategy, test plans, and entry/exit criteria. Identify defects and gaps, track to closure with AD partners, and monitor progress against deadlines. Coordinate UAT, write/execute/review test cases, participate in calls, and provide actionable feedback. Govern program timelines and stakeholder engagement; communicate status, issues, dependencies, and risks. Assess issues and risks, propose solutions, and document via RAID and scorecards; support business process design and analysis.
Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities
5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree or above. Demonstrated project management and test planning; clear, concise communication and effective stakeholder management across Product, Operations, PMO, QA, and UAT. Advanced SDLC and test automation knowledge; ability to write automated tests and use defect/data-management tools. Strong analytical and logical problem-solving; proactive issue identification and action; proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA, and automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities
Experience running regulatory testing programs and risk reporting using RAID and scorecards. Background in business process design and business analysis for technology-driven change.
